Job Description:
We’re seeking a versatile full stack developer to join our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java is required, along with experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning are essential. Previous experience in Agile development methodologies and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design user interactions on web pages, incorporating best practices in user experience (UX) design.
- Implement server-side logic and database interactions to support the front-end functionalities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, from front-end UI to back-end services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering factors such as server load and database performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continually improving skills and knowledge.
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements to team members.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software, ensuring it aligns with business goals and scalability requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular libraries/frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
